First remove the pre-existing bolts along the channel on the top of the
vehicle. Place the brackets along at the given points with the upright
part of the brackets facing the outside of the vehicle as seen below. You
can re-use the rubber washer, however new ones are provided.
Remove the existing bolt and replace with the new fittings from the kit
with the upright part of the bracket facing out, you must use the rubber
seal as this will prevent water getting in the vehicle.
