Load sheets in the BYPASS Tray

Select Label/Heavy Weight Mode.
3.
Remove sheets from the output device after 50 sheets. Fan sheets to dissipate heat build-up, thus
preventing sheets from sticking together.
DocuColor 40/30 Family
1.
Load only 25 sheets in the BYPASS Tray or 250 sheets in the HIGH CAPACITY FEEDER
2.
Select Heavy Weight Mode.
3.
Remove sheets from the output device after 50 sheets. Fan sheets to dissipate heat build-up, thus
preventing sheets from sticking together.
DocuColor 12/ DocuCentre Color Series 50

Load sheets in Tray 2, 3 or 4

Load labels in Tray 3
2.
Select 151-220 gsm Mode.
3.
Remove sheets from the output device after 50 sheets. Fan sheets to dissipate heat build-up, thus
preventing sheets from sticking together.

TIPS
Fan sheets before loading.
Store unused material in plastic polybag.
When clearing a jam, carefully pull out the transfer drawer to avoid machine damage.
Insure no labels have pre-dispensed.
Limit toner saturation on electronic originals to a total of 240% saturation (60% for each color).
