Remove the tabs from all four sides of the printer box, then lift the box off the printer.

Using two people, lift the printer using the hand holds on the side of the printer, as shown in the

following illustration. Place the printer on the High-Capacity Feeder or on a stable surface.

Note

The printer ships with the power switch in the ON position. Do not connect the power cord or

plug it into an electrical outlet until instructed to do so.
