Unpack system / components
Install server hardware
Connect all System Components prior to
powering up the system
Install the printer description files, utilities, and
printer drivers on client PCs.
Ensure network configuration
Confirm network integrity
Acquire and install client workstation network
hardware and software
Monitor and Adjust calibration for color
matching of color management systems
Load any additional fonts
Procure BNC transceiver for network
connection (if required)
Set up and administer client workstations
Provide Helpline Support (when FSMA is
purchased)
Provide spared parts (when FSMA is
purchased)
Provide service (when FSMA is purchased)
Install all software options designated as
customer installable
Ensure that the media pack is retained by the
customer and accessible to the Service
Representative and Analyst.
* Xerox responsibility when a Field Service Maintenance Agreement
(FSMA) is purchased. If FSMA is not purchased, this action becomes a
customer responsibility
