LIMITED WARRANTY

The Acoosta Suno mini is warranted against any defec�ve

material or workmanship for 06 Months from the date of

purchase.

The Warranty is not valid in case:

- Proof of purchase is not accompanied by warranty card.

-The Warranty card is not completed immediately a�er

purchase.

- Liability for loss of data/ content loaded in the device due to

misuse or tampering.

- The device is not used according to the manual or in case of

any sign of physical damage.

- Defects are caused by improper or reckless use.

- Any repairs done by individual / service center other than

Acoosta authorized service centers.

- Any modiﬁca�ons or alterna�ons of any nature is made to the

device.

Any disputes arising in connec�on with this limited warranty (06

months) from the date of purchase shall be governed by the

laws of India. The courts in Mumbai shall the exclusive

jurisdic�on over disputes arising hereunder.
