2. Action removal caution
When pulling an action for tuning and voicing, make sure to turn off the switch.

■Pulling an Action
When pulling an action, make sure that the Silent mechanism is released and remove the white square
[key sensor] connector in front of the action.
Loosen cable ties to release sensor
cable from Hammer rail.
■Removing a Hammer Sensor
1) Remove screws. (AX4)
2) Loosen screws. (BX4)
3) Slide Hammer Sensor Unit toward you, then lift the Hammer Sensor.
Upright Piano
■Removing Lower Frontboard
When an Headphone hanger is attached to the bottom of the Switch Box, to remove the Headphone
hanger loosen the screws as shown in the figure then slide the Headphone hanger towards you.

Remove white square
connector.
