Raising and Lowering the Top
Basket
If you have plates over 27 cm (10.6 ins)
diameter and up to 31 em ( 12.2 ins)
the top basket must be raised to a
higher position to accommodate them.
The large plates can then be stacked in
the lower basket. To do this move the
front runner stops of the top basket
(A-fig. 13) outward and remove the
basket. Place the basket on the higher
position and replace the front stops in
the original position.
Note: When the top basket is in the
higher position, it will only take plates
up to 19 em (7.5 ins) diameter and you
will not be able to use the raised cup
section.

Reversible Top Spray Arm
The Upper Spray Arm of this appliance
can be reversed so that all the water is
directed into the lower basket. This
provides an intensive washing zone in
the lower basket for the washing of
heavily-soiled crockery, pots and pans.
This means that the top basket cannot
be used when the Upper Spray Arm
has been reversed.
To reverse the Upper Spray Arm, unclip
the plastic clip holding the spray arm
in position (Fig. 14) and remove it.
Refit the Spray Arm in the reverse
position (with the holes facing down).
Remember to return the Spray Arm to
its original position (with the holes
facing up) when the programme has
been completed.
