wireless coverage area when there was not an SRP connection, the BlackBerry Dispatcher did not communicate the users'
updated coverage status successfully to the BlackBerry Messaging Agent. As a result, the BlackBerry Messaging Agent did not
send messages to BlackBerry devices that it considered to be out of coverage.
