Common Issues

1.Unresponsive Unit

• Make sure the battery has been charged.

• Check to see if the power adapter is connected. Verify that the device is

charging after the power adapter has been properly connected.

• If the device still does not turn on after charging, please contact the

customer service center.

2. No Audio from Earphones

• Make sure the volume is not turned down all the way
