SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. These safety instructions must always be observed to ensure safe operation.
2. Before each use, carry out a visual check for damage. Do not use defective units, and have them
repaired by authorized specialists.
3. Use the device only in accordance with the supplied operating instructions (see "Initial setup").
4. Use the unit only for its intended purpose, i.e. servicing hydraulic braking systems, clutch and
gearbox.
5. se only specified hydraulic fluids, such as Pentosin CHF- 11S (see label on unit). Never use other
fluids (fuels, solvents, brake fluid, etc.). INCORRECT USE OF THE DEVICE (E.G. BRAKE FLUID)
WILL DESTROY THE DEVICE! This will also invalidate the warranty
6. Use the personal protective equipment specified in the filler's safety instructions. Take the
measures described in the safety instructions in the event of contact with the product.
7. Clean the unit regularly. Do not leave any residues of flammable liquids on the housing.
8. Do not clean the device with a high-pressure cleaner! (IP44-compliant design)
9. Do not place cloths soaked in oil, fuel or solvents on the device.
10. Use only suitable accessories (e.g. adapters) in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
(see also the list of adapters on the Internet at www.clas.com).
11. Follow the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations!
12. To maintain the unit's reliability and safety, we recommend regular servicing by qualified
personnel.Caution: The unit must not be cleaned with flammable liquids! Caution: The electrical
connection may only be replaced by the manufacturer or his service center, which is usually
equipped with special tools.
