Dial slowly; wait for all confirmation tones to complete dialling.

To record your greeting.

Lift handset or press Mon/Speaker key

Press Trans/Pgm 61 and follow voice prompts

Press Hold/Save when finished

To Forward calls to the Voice Mail ( VMIB )

Press the Mon/Speaker key

Press the Dnd/Fwd key

Dial one of the Forward types:

For Unconditional Forward dial.................1#

For Forward on Busy dial........................2#

For Forward on No Answer dial...............3#

For Forward on Busy/No Answer dial........4#

To Remove the Call Forward to the Voice Mail ( VMIB )

Lift handset or press Mon/Speaker key

Press the Dnd/Fwd key and dial #

To retrieve your messages.

Press the flashing Call Back key

After listening to your message you then have the following options.

To delete the message dial

To save/ skip the message dial #2 or press the Hold/Save key or press the Next Softkey

To replay the message dial

Remote access to in skin voicemail

To access your voicemail remotely first you have to set up an authorisation code ( access code )in the

system

NB.

This code has to be 5 digits and can not be duplicated by other users
