Preparing the ThermaCurve Profile
When cutting the ThermaCurve profile, the following allowances should be made:

1. When cutting the ThermaCurve
profile, remove any back capping
to prevent swarf or chips becoming
trapped, which could damage the
heating cable when inserted.

2. Using a pair of long nose pliers or
similar, 'splay out' the cable channel at
the ends to create a wider, 'bell mouth'
opening. This prevents the heating
cable from snagging.
