Fuel tap not turned on.

Choke set incorrectly.
Dirty / stale fuel.
Hose collapsed, cut or punctured.
Strainer not completely submerged

Remedy
Turn fuel on.
Fill fuel tank.
Fill oil to correct level.
Set engine control correctly.
