Maintenance log L2-Range and D2-Range
Work to be performed
1. Compressor
Check cut-in and cut-out pressure. Connection for air pressure max. 7 bar
2. Suction Device
Check intake depression. Discharge flow of at least 270 SLPM (standard litres per
minute).
3. Treatment Unit
Basic functions of the complete treatment unit (patient chair, doctor's device,
assistant's device, operating lamp and foot control) must be ensured before
starting maintenance work.
Check the main switch ON/OFF. The switch lights up green.
Visual inspection of the hydropneumatic connections (air/water and waste water)
for leaks and functionally for sufficient flow.
Travel track: check side cover belt for abrasion and V-belt.
Connecting base: Check correct seating of the spacer roller of the energy chain in
the travel track.
4. Water and Air input
Visual leak test of the water/air control unit as well as the tubing and corner valves.
Air input control unit: replace the air filter element as well as O-rings of the filter
cover.
Air input control unit: check air pressure at the manometer and, if necessary, set to
a stream of 5.5 bar by means of a pressure regulator (with Standard Turbine
connection).
