Maintenance log L2-Range and D2-Range
10. Operating Lamp
LED- lamp:
Check movement lamp; if necessary, adjust braking system.
Caution: Ensure that the LED lamp remains floating by setting the adjusting screw
(gas-pressurised spring).
LED-lamp: check if the handles are mechanically secured.
11. Tray
Check arm movements; if necessary, carry out vertical weight adjustment
(max. 2 kg).
Check rotary movement of the tray. Check height adjustment.
Check swivelling range of the tray; if necessary, in the event of collision mount the
limit stop of the tray.
12. Treatment Chair
Treatment chair: check the correct position of the seat upholstery, i.e. check if the
three foot upholstery fasteners are properly snapped into the foot rest
Treatment chair: check the correct position of the stainless-steel casing on the
chair base and of the rubber profile. If there is any squeaking noise, use a
stainless-steel care product. If damaged, replace the rubber profile set.
Treatment chair: Check the spindle of the motors (lifting and back rest motor) as
well as all retaining bolts and locking screws of the kinematics for tightness.
Treatment chair: Check the backrest pull-out panel for correct position and foreign
objects; readjust and clean if necessary.
13. Treatment Unit: After completion of the maintenance, the
following tasks have to be performed.
After completing the maintenance work and the assembly of the components, the
function and tightness of the media ducts have to be checked (water, air and
wastewater ducts).
