WAIST BELT ADJUSTMENT

In order to avoid injury, it is very important that these instructions are followed to the letter.

The enclosed waist belt must only be used with a Pixi pushchair.

• To adjust the belt, place the child in the pushchair.

• Adjust the straps so that the lock ends up in the centre. Tighten the straps on the slide adjustments (26)

by pulling the straps outwards and away from the centre of the pushchair. Then reposition the lock in the

centre.

• Thread the belt towards the centre in order to release the tension (27)

• Make sure that the straps are sufficiently taut to prevent the child sliding out of the seat whilst still sitting

comfortably and not causing any discomfort.

• For optimal positioning, try to achieve a 45º angle at the hips (28).

• Check that the straps are correctly adjusted each time Pixi is used.

Never leave the child unattended in the chair.
