Stand alone NTSC cable TV tuner module for all flat panel DVI or HDMI displays.

 Up-converts all composite video, component video, computer DVI/HDMI and digital HD HDMI

signals into crystal clear digital signals at supreme high 1080p or 1920x1200 pixels.

 Advanced digital video processing.

 Supports PIP mode (Picture-In-Picture) for users to watch cable TV or DVD movie from a sub

video window while satellite video or DVI computer screen being displayed in the main screen.

 When in PIP mode, TV video sub-window can be resized and re-positioned to different location on

the monitor screen.

 Selectable digital video output modes with multiple video resolution levels.
