EN BACK POSITIONER – small model
PREVENTS THE RISK OF FLAT HEAD SYNDROME
•
Specially designed to fit a pram, a cradle and a carrycot, the back positioner is
suitable from birth.
•
It allows the baby to be placed comfortably on his back while preventing the risk
of plagiocephaly («flat head») linked to this position.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1.
Place the Supreme Sleep Small into the babybed, than place the baby on the
Supreme Sleep Small cushion.
2. Place the baby on his back, with his head correctly positioned on top part of the
positioner.
3. Attach the side position rolls onto the the Supreme Sleep Small. The rolls should
be positioned close to the body and underneath the arms so they keep the
baby in place. Make sure the side rolls are securely in place and well attached.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE & WARNINGS:
1.
The Supreme Sleep Small is intended for use from birth up until 3-4 months
(depending on the size and mobility of your baby).
2. Use the Supreme Sleep Small only on a safe, stable, clean and firm surface.
3. Do not use the Supreme Sleep Small when your baby is capable of turning over
on its own.
4. Never put baby to sleep face down or sideways in the Supreme Sleep Small.
5. Please note that soft objects such as pillows and stuffed toys should be kept out
of the babies sleeping environment.
6. The Supreme Sleep Small must always be used in a child-safe and supervised
environment.
COMPOSITION: Cover: 100% polyester - Inside: viscoelastic memory foam / Rolls: 100%
polyester - inside: polyurethane foam.
AFTERCARE: Cover washable in machine at 30°. Do not tumble dry.
