1) Question: Can USB-B be connected to a computer to communicate MIDI?

Answer: No, USB-B is used to power the product and configure filtering, and it does not

have MIDI communication function.

2) Question: The messages output by MIDI OUT will be disordered, lost, or delayed, etc.

Answer: Please check as follows:

 Check the power supply: Please check whether the power supply of THRU-6 Pro is

5V/1A, and whether the power supply of external MIDI equipment is normal.

 Please check whether the filtering configuration of MIDI messages is correct and

whether the required MIDI messages are filtered.

3) Question: THRU-6 Pro is not recognized when connected to the computer.

Answer: Please install the driver "Virtual COM Port Driver V1.5.0.zip", which can be

downloaded from the official website:
