i) Enter the measured resistance value according to the measuring record of the calibration

box in the text field.

j) Click on Calibrate.

k) Repeat steps i to k for all measuring points that are to be measured.

Connect the cable plug with the corresponding resistor.

l) Press button

Result:

Calibration of measuring range completed.

This calibration method does not consider any change in the sensor geometry (e.g. by abra-

sion). If the sensor tip changes dimensions, the measured conductivity value will be different

from the previous one measured with the original tip geometry.

Any change in geometry can be compensated with the installation factor.

This task can be done either using the FlexProgram or via IO-Link (e.g. BSS). The following ex-

ample shows calibration with FlexProgram.

Instruction:

a) Open software FlexProgram on the PC.

b) Open setting PAC50 in the left column.

c) Click on icon

d) Click on button
