4. Calibration and maintenance

4.1 Calibration

Because output adjustment of this product is carried out beforehand, there is no want for calibration.

However, in case an output shifts in long-term use, please adjust in the next way.

(1) Output load should connect and adjust real load (name plate indication load-resistance within the limits) or

the simulation load of resistance equivalent to it.

(2) Please apply the input of an auxiliary supply, rated voltage, and the rated current.

Please perform a warm-up for about 30 minutes after applying.

(3) The rotary switch sets the factor number for output adjustment.

Please make a slide switch into the BIAS side. If the input of the minimum (span) output is applied, please

adjust with an ADJUST switch to become the minimum output value.

Next, please make a slide switch into a MAX side. If the input of a rated output is applied, please adjust

with an ADJUST switch to become a rated-output value.

(4) Please set a slide switch as OFF after adjustment.

● Factor number setting for output adjustable.

It corresponds to each factor number of an output. (Refer to following table.)

An setting output factor is made the adjustment target, and the UP/DOWN switch becomes effective.

● MAX./OFF/BIAS change over for output adjustable. (MAX./BIAS)

It is the circuit-changing switch of the max (MAX.) adjustment and bias (BIAS) adjustment of the designated factor.

And, in case it does not adjust, a UP/DOWN switch becomes no effect by always setting in the state of OFF.

● UP setting for output adjustable. (UP)

This switch raises the output for the selected target for adjustment. By pushing a short-time switch, it is

tuned finely. By continuing pushing a switch, a coarse adjustment becomes possible.

● DOWN setting for output adjustable. (DOWN)

This switch drops the output for the selected target for adjustment. By pushing a short-time switch, it is tuned

finely. By continuing pushing a switch, a coarse adjustment becomes possible.

4.2 Maintenance

Please do not make a wiring change of the input and auxiliary supply in an energization.

In case you check an output in an energization, please warn to be unable to touch output wiring and a human body

to an input and an auxiliary supply terminal. (Please do not short-circuit a voltage output. A current output

causes the voltage of about 15 V at the case of open.)

A terminal cover (option) is for people to be unable to touch for a terminal. In case you remove by wiring change

etc., please return to the state where the cover was surely attached at the case of a work end.

Please check a connection diagram, in case you check the voltage of input, output, and auxiliary supply.

4.3 Storage

(1) Please avoid storage in the next space. Low temperature, high temperature, high humidity, and sunny place.

(2) The aluminum electrolytic capacitor is used for a product. Please do the energization of the power supply

within one year after shipment.

4.4 Countermeasures against troubles

As our principle, we recall product in question and repair it. If judged as product failure, have a contact with

us or sales agent for repairing work (Also have a contact with us or sales agent for specification change).

Product failure which we are not responsible for (When responsibility in manufacturing process is not recognized,

when product is disassembled/remodeled, in case of false operation by customer, etc.) is beyond our warranty.

4.5 Guarantee

The period of guarantee of this product is for one year after product delivery.

Within a period of guarantee, in case it is used except decomposition, reconstruction, and designation environment,

it cannot guarantee.
