Electric instantaneous water heater HA-DR heats water instantly upon turning the hot water valve, it does not have
an in-built water tank, therefore hot water is heated continuously. Electric instantaneous water heater HA-DR is,
with its design and dimension, directly intended for the extraction point: kitchen sink, washbasin, etc. It is suitable
as an additional source of hot water, e.g. in a family house, garage, cottage, in administrative buildings, etc. The heater
is installed on the cold water supply on a special fixture supplied by the manufacturer. Subject to the compliance
with the technical conditions (the prescribed water pressure and electrical connector), the manufacturer is responsible
for the above parameters of the heater (see the Technical Data Table).
CAUTION: The HA-DR water heater may only be installed on a special water faucet supplied by the manufacturer. Other
connection may lead to damage to the heater.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mount the special water faucet supplied with the heater on cold water supply and screw the water heater onto
the connecting nuts. (See the Detailed instructions for assembling a faucet)
2. Bleed the water heater by opening the hot water (red) valve for about 2 minutes. Bleeding is completed when
the water begins to flow smoothly from the faucet.
3. Connect the electrical cable to the electrical distribution system, according to the relevant EN standards,
nd the installation is completed.
INSTRUCTION MANUAL:
Operation of the electric water heater is very simple. Opening the hot water valve (marked in red) on the mixed tap
automatically brings the heating into operation. Turning on the hot water heating is indicated by a red light on the front
cover of the heater. Closing the hot water valve automatically switches off the heating. Electric water heater
HA-DR does not have a power control option, i.e. the heating element always operates at full power. The temperature
of (the outlet) hot water is dependent on the temperature of the inlet water which varies depending on the season
and on the set water flow. When the control light is on, heating of water is the most powerful, with increased flow of water
its temperature drops proportionally. Each heater is set to heat water by 42 °C at the minimum switching low rate
(when the indicator lights up) (the permitted tolerance is 3 °C). Example: 10 °C inlet water temperature will be heated
to 52 °C at the moment the indicator comes on.
CAUTION: For maximum user comfort (sufficient flow of hot water), it is recommended to provide the water faucet
with a special water rectifier - faucet aerator, or with an energy-saving shower head. Thus you will reach suitable water flow
at low flow rates.
