Unit will not lock or unlock

Ensure that the Quick-Change has proper pneumatic and electrical
connections, air is supplied at a minimum of 60psi (4.1 Bar), that no
air or vacuum can be trapped in a de-energized Lock or Unlock Port
(pressure must be vented to atmosphere).
Check air supply
Verify that ball bearings are moving freely. Clean and lubricate as
needed to restore smooth operation (see
Verify the control module is operating correctly.
Verify that the Master and Tool are within the specified No-Touch
zone when attempting to lock.
