4.6
4.6.1 – The motor of
the hydraulic unit does
not work.
4.6.2 – The loader does
not move or it has NO
power

Possible causes
1 –The gas tank is empty.
2 – The gas line valve is closed.
3 – The low oil level sensor has been
activated.
4 – The spark plug is dirty or defective.
5 – The motor has been flooded because the
retrun gas valve has not been shut off the
day before or during transportation.
1 – The connections are not connected
properly.
2 – The hydraulic oil level of the unit is too
low. Missing oil or a leak.
3 – Missing oil pressure. The pump of the
unit (or tractor) is worn out.
4 – Missing oil pressure. The safety valve
which controls the pressure is defective.
5 – Missing oil pressure
1 – Oil leak from cylinder
2 – The distributor safety valve is defective.

1 – Add gas to the tank and restart.
2 – Open the return gas valve and restart.
3 – Add motor oil and restart.
4 – Clean the spark plug or change it, and restart.
5 – Take off the spark plug, dry it and dry out the
cylinder by activating the starter crank. Replace the
spark plug, fill with motor oil and restart.
1 – Check all connections and their compatibility.
2.1 – STOP IMMEDIATELY THE UNIT and check for
oil leaks and breakage. Tighten, repair, or replace if
needed. Add hydraulic oil #32 to the reservoir.
2.2 – Check and clean the sieve (as needed) at the
hydraulic pump intake.
3 – Have a specialist check the pressure. Replace or
repair the pump.
4 – Have someone check your safety valve for
pressure. Clean or replace it if needed.
5 – Wait for the oil to cool. Check oil level and add
if necessary.
1 – Visually check the cylinder joints for leak.
Repair if necessary.
2 – Have a specialist check the pressure. Replace or
repair the safety valve.
