The Quick Thaw Defrost Tray defrosts food using a super-conductive aluminium
that absorbs the natural heat in the room and releases it into your food. Thus
increasing the defrost time up to 8 times faster than standard room temperature.
How to use
1. Take your produce out of all packaging.
2. Place your frozen produce on the defrost tray, ensuring it comes in clean
contact with the tray. Food items in containers will take longer to defrost.
3. For best results, separate produce and place individually on the tray as opposed
to stacking. Direct contact with the tray will allow for quicker defrosting.
4. Allow the produce to fully defrost before cooking.
Please note: Defrost times will vary in accordance to room temperatures and
thickness of product to defrost.
Care and cleaning
• After use, wash the defrost tray in warm, soapy water with a soft cloth. Rinse
and dry thoroughly before storing.
• Do not use any harsh chemicals or abrasives such as scouring pads as this can
damage the defrost tray.
• The defrost tray is dishwasher safe.

Your new Andrew James product comes with a 24 month guarantee and a 2 year
fixed warranty, effective from receipt confirmation. Your receipt or order number is
required as proof of purchase date so it is imperative that you keep it safe. This
guarantee only applies if the item has been used solely for the use intended, and all
instructions have been followed accordingly. Please note this product is only for
domestic use only and is not for commercial use.
Abuse of your product will invalidate the guarantee. Returned goods can only be
accepted if repackaged properly within the original colour product box, and
presented with the original receipt of sale/order number. This does not affect your
statutory rights.
Returned products must be cleaned and returned to us in as close to delivery
condition as possible.
