Check the condition of ham-
mers, ripper bar blades and
screen daily. This can be
done by climbing into the
feed chamber after ma-
chine lock out and visual in-
spection with a hand held
torch. If the components
are damaged, open door and
inspect carefully. Replace if
needed.
Belt inspection and cleaning
points
The VSD panels supplied have filters which
should be cleaned on a daily basis
The conveyor belt
must be cleaned twice
daily. Compressed air
may be used to clean
excess material be-
tween the roller and
belt
Inspect the conveyor
motors cooling fans
daily. Clean with com-
pressed air and check
fastening bolts.
