Problem

Possible cause

Protection switch is not activated

Insufficient voltage

Too large or too much food

blocking the blade.

The battery temperature is too high,

power OFF protection circuit

activated.

Solution

Make sure the cup is screw into place

with blue light flashes 3 times.

Charge the appliance.

Cut the fruit to smaller size or reduce

the food quantity.

Allow the appliance to cool down

before use.
