① First, set the USB function to "PC camera" mode in the microscope
menu and press OK to end. Then connecting the microscope with
computer via USB cable.The the microscope automatically enter PC
Camera mode when you connect the computer.
② And only open the "amcap" software on your windows computer.If
your computer don't have "Amcap"software,you could copy the
software "amcap" file from CD,or download it from the Google.Then
turn on "Amcap" software on the Windows Computers,as shown
then chose the second option and check the device name GENERAL

it is 250X Magnification Microscope
Reply:This is 500X/1000X Magnification Microscope,when you let the
lens close to the object (betterless than 5mm),and then turn the focus
wheel until it become clear, this is 500X Magnification,then continue turn
the fous wheel,it will be 1000X Magnification, If the distance over 5mm,
the magnification will be 250X
