Video Size – there are 2 formats available. VGA (640 x 360 dpi) and HD (1280 x 720). HD is the default setting.
Switching to VGA will reduce the resolution and quality of the recorded video however this mode allows for
increased storage.
Time Setup – the format is YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS and is automatically set to Greenwich time as derived from
the satellite signals.
Format – Used to format the SD card. This action will remove all files from the card and there is no way to
recover them once the action has been completed.
Audio Record – used to turn the microphone on or off.
Language – Select from English (default) and Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
LCD Default – the settings are; Always On (screen never dims), 30 Seconds (screen dims 30 seconds after power
on and 60 Seconds (screen dims 60 seconds after power on).
G-Sensor – Adjusts the sensitivity of the G-Sensor. This determines at what level 'shock' the video is triggered to
lock mode so it cannot be erased. Settings are Low, Normal, High and Disable. High requires the smallest shock,
while Low requires a significant event to occur. Disable turns the sensor off.
GPS Time Zone – use this to set the device to the local time zone. Eastern Time (USA) is GMT -05:00 while Pacific
Standard Time is GMT -08:00
