STEP 6: PURLINS

Items:

12x 70mm SCREW

Principle of purlin installation

Use 70mm screws.

STEP 7: ROOF BOARDS

Items:

MFP - 2440x1220x10

MFP - 2440x610x10

ST-PT3570530 (Joiner)

41x 35mm Screw

Principle of installing roof boards

Use 35mm screws. Keep equal distance between

screws, Make sure that each screw is fixed into the

purlins underneath the MFP.

Assembly Steps

Pre-drill parts before fixing with screws

6a) Position the purlins as shown in the image below. Ensure the purlins are equally

spaced, approximately 531mm (Use diagram 1.0 for reference).

6b) Use 4x 70mm screws per each purlin, 2x for the front and 2x for the rear. Secure

them through the side and bottom. See image below (1.0).

7a) Position MFP onto the roof and ensure the overhang is equal for all sides.

7b) Secure the MFP to the purlins and frames of the panels by using equally spaced

35mm screws.

7c) Position the 'joiner' as shown in the image below (1.0). Use 4x 35mm screws per

joiner.
