Step 7: Slide steering column bracket onto center bar (fig. 27). Slide center bar into the
other part of the center bar (fig. 28). Use star knobs to adjust center bar to desired
length. If desired, use the two longer star knobs in holes on the sides of the steering
wheel bracket to stabilize unit (if your floor is uneven) (fig. 29). Slide steering wheel
holder into tube on top of steering wheel bracket. Use adjustable knobs to attach at
desired height (fig. 30).
