Starting
•
Open the cover
•
Pour the mixture into the tank
•
Tighten the cover
•
Start Komandante with the relevant pull-switch on the side
•
Select the mode and perform the relevant settings
•
In order to use Doctor Fly 120 select
the ml, mlt, Tm, TmT mode
•
When the machine is turned off, Komandante saves the last set-
ting and shows it again when it is turned on the next time
•
Actuate the PTO pump (3 to 5 bar of operating pressure)
•
Doctor Fly 120 is ready to be used
NOTE: Mix the pesticide separately in a suitable container, then pour
the solution into the tank of Doctor Fly 120.
Remember that part of the product remains within the pipes at the end
of treatment.
Operation
Actuate the PTO pump.
Select the side to dispense the pesticide:
right, left, both at the same time.
Press the button any time dispensing is required
or to start automatic treatment.

Adjustments

Dispensing orientation
Use the relevant selector switch to decide the side to be sprayed.
(right, left, both at the same time)
Dispensing height
Operate on the ring nut of the swivel located at the base of the adjust-
able jet to lift or lower the jet.
Dispensing width
Operate on the nozzle to adjust the jet width (turn it clockwise to wid-
en it, counterclockwise to narrow it).
Quantity of dispensed product
On Komandante, when in ml mode, operate on buttons + and –
to respectively increase or decrease the quantity of product to be
dispensed with precision up to one millilitre.
Dispensing duration
On Komandante, when in Tm mode (to be used as an alternative
if there are issues with the flow meter), operate on buttons + and –
to respectively increase or decrease the duration of dispensing with
precision up to one hundredth of a second.
Duration of the time between one spot and the next
On Komandante, when in mlt or TmT mode, operate on buttons +
and – to respectively increase or decrease the duration of the pause
between one spot and the next, with precision up to one tenth of a
second.
