Operation

Doctor Fly 120 operation

Komandante and its button are located in the cabin.

The tank unit is fitted to the 3-point fitting on the back of the tractor.

Connect the pump to the PTO of the tractor by means of a universal joint.

The universal joint (not supplied) must meet the requirements of directive

2006/42/EC and the fixed guard must allow meeting the safety distances set out

by the UNI EN ISO 13857 standard, so that the operator cannot reach moving

or dangerous gears.

Do not start the machine if the guards of the universal joint are damaged or

broken.

Actuate the pump and adjust the pressure between 3 and 8 bar.

The operator must select mode ML on Komandante and then set the desired

quantity of liquid to be dispensed (in ml).

When the button is pressed, the liquid within the tank is drafted and dispensed.

Dispensing is opened by two solenoid valves.

The flow meter upstream of the solenoid valves measures the quantity of dispenses

liquid and sends this data to Komandante in the cabin.

Komandante automatically closes the solenoid valve when the desired quantity

is reached.

Warning:

when setting the RH/LH selector switch in the RHLH position (both sides at the

same time), the dose set on Komandante is divided between the two nozzles.

Doctor Fly has different operating modes

1) SEMIAUTOMATIC ml

Every time the button is pressed, a spot is dispensed

ml mode: Press the button to dispense the exact quantity of liquid that was pre-

set and displayed in ml.
