USING YOUR RAPID PEELER
Clean the Rapid Peeler and all of its components prior to assembly and use. Do not
touch the Peeler Blade as it is sharp and can cause injury.
1.
Set the Rapid Peeler on a clean and stable surface.
Check that the On/Off Button is in the "Off" position.
Insert 4 AA batteries into the Battery Compartment
located at the bottom of the Peeler or connect the
Power Adapter.

Center your fruit or vegetable on the Rotating Prong and
gently press down so that it remains firmly in place.
3.
Lower the Clamping Arm onto the fruit or vegetable,
inserting the spike into the food just enough to lock it
into place.

Using the Height Adjustment Lever, position the Peeling
Arm above the fruit. Do not touch the Peeler Blade as it is
sharp and can cause injury.

Turn on the Rapid Peeler by pressing the On/Off
Button. Allow the Peeler to peel the skin into one clean,
continuous curl. Once the Peeling Arm reaches the
bottom of the fruit, the Rapid Peeler will automatically
stop. When the Peeling Arm is lifted, the Peeler will
re-start automatically. This saves time when making
zucchini spaghetti or spiraling.
6.
Lift up the Clamping Arm and remove your peeled fruit
or vegetable from the Rotating Prong.
ATTENTION: When the Peeling Arm is lifted, the Peeler
will re-start automatically. To turn the Electric Peeler off
completely, simply raise the Peeling Arm and press the
On/Off button.
