Troubleshooting
Try the following if the CVF stops working properly. If this does not help,
please contact the dealer.
Problem
There is no power when the

machine is switched on.
The heating element does
not work when the mains
switch is switched to
Heating.
The vacuum motor does
not work when the switch
is set to Vacuum.
The frame does not move
freely up and down.

Cause
The mains lead is not
inserted into the power
outlet properly.
The fuse has blown.
The power supply is
defective.
The overheating protection
has been activated.
The timer has not been
switched on.
The overheating protection
has been activated.
The vacuum motor is
defective.
The vertical shaft is dirty or
needs more lubrication.

Solution
Check the power supply.
Check the fuse.
Return for repair.
Wait for the element to cool
and then try again.
Turn the timer dial to the
required time setting.
Wait for the element to cool
and then try again.
Return for repair.
Clean and lubricate the
vertical shaft.
