Warranty

that the unit will be free from defects in material

and workmanship when used properly in accordance with the
instructions contained in the product manual supplied with each

' obligation under this warranty is limited

to a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and
applies only in the country of original purchase. The warranty is
only valid for a product purchased from a 4moms
retailer or distributor. Warranty is invalid for products purchased
used. If the unit is determined by 4moms
twelve (12) months of purchase, the warranty will cover the repair
or replacement of the unit, parts, or assemblies. 4moms
no liability for parts or labor coverage for component failure or
other damage to the unit resulting from improper usage or failure
to clean and/or maintain product as set forth in the product
manual provided with the unit. This warranty does not cover
claims resulting from: misuse, abuse, alteration, inflicted damage,
accidental damage, normal wear and tear, involvement in
an accident, and/or failure to comply with the instructions on
assembly, maintenance and use. 4moms
responsibility for personal injury or property damage incurred
as a result of improper use or unauthorized modification of the
