CAUTION:
• Handles will get hot during cooking. Always use pot holders or oven mitts.
• Never allow pan to boil dry or leave empty pan on a hot burner. Doing so could
ruin your pan and cause damage to your stovetop.
• Always select a burner that is equal to or smaller than the bottom of your pan
• When using a gas burner, never allow flames to travel up the side of the pan
• Always monitor during cooking process. Never leave pans unattended on
stovetop
• Extra care should be exercised when cooking around young children to avoid
injury. Never allow handle to overhang stovetop, and keep hot pans out of
reach.
• Never cook on high heat for extended periods of time. Doing so will damage the
nonstick coating
• Never heat fats or oils beyond the smoke point
• Use of aerosol cooking sprays will leave residue build-up that is difficult to
remove and will reduce the nonstick properties of your pan
• Never use in the microwave
• Never use glass lid in oven over 350F
• Never deep fry with glass lid on pan. Doing so will cause condensation to collect
and cause oil to splatter
• Never use water to put out a grease fire
