Always be sure to follow proper maintenance procedures, by cleaning the heater once per
month during regular usage, and check spark gap at least once per season.

CORRECTIVE   A CTION

1. Check   c urrent   t o   e lectric   o utlet.   I f   v oltage   i s   c orrect,
check   p ower   c ord   a nd   e xtension   c ord   f or

there   a re   n o   o bstruc4ons   t o   t he   f an.
3. Straighten   b lade(s)   t o   m atch   o thers.
4. Replace   m otor.

Check   S park   m odule.   R eplace   i f   n ecessary.
2. Set   g ap   ( See   s pecifica4ons   f or   g ap).
3. Replace   S park   E lectrode.  
1. If   t he   h eaters   o utput   i s   r estricted,   i nternal   t emperature
becomes   t oo   h igh.   M ove   h eater   a way   f rom
any   o bstruc4ons.
2. Replace   C ontrol   V alve.
3. Clean   i nside   o f   h eater.
