9. Warranty
1.)
The warranty period to this product is one year from the day you purchase or install
the machine. In order to ensure the benefit of the customer, if the product is used
normally, the company is responsible for free maintenance (except for the filter).
Customers can bring the purchasing invoice and service card to have the product
repaired at the local seller.
2.)
If the maintenance is after the end of the warranty period, customers must pay a
reasonable charge.
3.)
Do not disassemble the machine if you find a problem with the product. Contact the
local seller, else you will miss a free maintenance opportunity. The company assumes no
responsibility for this.
4.)
Under following conditions, the company will not give free maintenance.
a)
The Damage has been caused by the customer's incorrect usage.
b)
People other than our technicians have disassembled the machine and damage it.
c)
There is no invoice or the invoice doesn't match the product.
d)
The damage has been caused by force majeure.
e)
The Replaced components are not original as per then manufacturing company.
5.)
Please keep the package for at least 6 months to make maintenance easier.
