Caution

1. Before connecting, make sure your local power supply voltage matches

the voltage of the supporting transformer. If not, or you are not sure,

please contact your authorized HIFIMAN dealer.

2. Make sure the power switch on the front panel is in off position.

3. Connect the power cord of the transformer to the power supply socket

and the other end of the transformer to the ampliﬁer.

4. Make sure the supplied vacuum tube is correctly installed.

5. Use an audio cable to connect the audio input jack of EF2C and

the output jack of the music source. Do not reverse the L/R channel

orientation.

6. Turn the ampliﬁer on and when the indicator light on the front panel turns

to yellow, it indicates that the protection circuit is working normally. Now

you are ready to enjoy listening.

7. After shutdown, wait at least 5 seconds before turning the amp back on.

8. Proper operating environment: 14 F to 104 F (-10 C to 40 C ) with

natural cooling.

9. Always keep children away from the ampliﬁer. Keep the ampliﬁer away

from other dangerous or high-temperature fusible items, such as a

lighter, butane gas tank, air freshener, insecticide, solid alcohol, gasoline

and organic solvent, etc.
