Печатать страницу1. Place jack under the ATV rear end and lift until the wheels are off the ground. Be careful to support the
ATV properly so that it is secure, but so that the A-arms and shocks can droop to full extension.
2. Remove the rear wheels and shocks.
3. Place the Large Spacer on the inside of the top shock mount, placing the Rear Square Tube Bracket,
with the notch down and facing inward, the open end down and outwards, over the shock mount.
4. Place the Rear Flat Bracket (with the point facing outward and to the rear of the tube bracket) next to the
Rear Tube Bracket.
5. Now, loosely secure the Rear Tube Bracket, Large Spacer and Flat Brace with one 10x45mm bolt and
10mm Lock Nut. Slide the bolt from the rear of the ATV to the front.
6. Place the top of the shock into the center of the Rear Tube Bracket. Aligning it with the two holes in the
bracket.
7. Insert three 10mm washers between the rear of the bracket and top of the shock, securing it with one
10x45mm bolt and 10mm Lock Nut. Slide the bolt form the rear of the ATV to the front.
8. Next secure the Rear Flat Bracket to the A-arm. Remove and reverse the top A-arm bolt and attach the
bracket and secure it with the factory hardware.
9. Tighten all remaining nuts and bolts.
10. Reattach shock to A-arm. Repeat steps for the other side.
11. Install the wheels, torque all wheel lugs to factory specifications, lower and remove jack. Check for
clearance problems or misalignment.
