MAINTENANCE

Clean the diffuser once or twice a month. To do this, pour white vinegar into the reservoir and

leave it until the scale has disappeared. Rinse well. It is now ready to use again.

PLEASE NOTE

If you are not going to use the diffuser for a long period of time, make sure you empty the water

reservoir and dry the device. The diffuser will switch off automatically when the reservoir is

empty.

The diffuser will not work without water.

We recommend that you clean the diffuser every time you change the essential oil.

ACCIDENTAL LEAKAGE

If the device is tipped over or knocked during use, please follow the instructions below:

1． Unplug the device and remove the cover.

Empty the diffuser completely.

3． Gently shake the device to empty any water that may still be inside the mechanism, then

leave it to dry for at least 24 hours.

Symptom

No mist

This device is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase and subject to presentation of

the till receipt.

Possible cause

The power cable is not

connected.

There is not enough water.

There is too much water.

The outlet is blocked.

Solution

Plug the adapter into a plug

socket and press the power

button.

Pour in the right amount of water

(maximum 230 ml).

Get rid of any surplus water.

Remove the obstruction with a

cotton bud and leave the outlet

to air.
