Open the inflation valve and door, unload the freeze dried materials from the chamber.
 
Defrost: Set defrost time and temperature. Shelves starts heating to defrost automatically.

Reach Pre‐Vacuum Value & Time
In  Program  Temperature  Control  mode：It  is  allowed  to  set  max.  18  sections  of  temperature 
control  program.  After  temperature  control  program  finishes  running,  it  skips  into  Secondary 
Drying Stage. In this mode, it is allowed to create formula and material name, delete, upload or 
download the formula. 
In  Vacuum  Control  Mode:  When  present  vacuum  is  less  than  vacuum  lower  limit，it  starts 
heating. When vacuum exceeds vacuum upper limit, it stops heating. 
When  initial  drying  time  is  finished,  it  skips  into  Secondary  Drying  stage.  If  present  vacuum≤
keeping/maintaining pressure, and also reaches keeping/maintaining time, it skips directly into 
Secondary Drying stage without finishing remaining time at initial drying stage       
Temperature upper limit: It is the maximum temperature allowed for shelf heating in the Initial 
Drying stage. 
Secondary  Drying  Time:  It  is  running  time  in  the  Secondary  drying  stage.  After 
secondary drying time is finished, the vacuum pump stops running and it enters into 
heat‐keeping/maintaining stage 
Heat‐Keeping/Maintaining Temperature:    It is shelf control temperature in 
Secondary Drying stage. 
Heat‐Keeping/Maintaining time:   
It is designed to stop heating and keep refrigeration in case the freeze dryer is 
unattended after freeze drying program is finished.
