Gallien-Krueger Diesel Dawg Руководство пользователя
Congratulations on purchasing GK's first ever effects pedal! The DieselDawg
a 100% analog overdrive/distortion pedal designed specifically for bass. It features
a three-band passive EQ with variable Gain and Volume controls and a unique
easy-access battery compartment. The DieselDawg is based from the 2001RB's
high gain channel and can produce a wide variety of overdriven/distorted sounds,
from a slightly overdriven tube, to a fully saturated sustain.
FEATURES:
LED on/bypass indicator.
Easy-access battery compartment.
Molded rubber non-skid footpad.
Heavy gauge steel and aluminum casing.
9V wall supply adapter jack.
CONTROLS:
Volume: controls volume level in distortion mode only.
Bottom: Bass EQ.
Middle: Midrange EQ.
Edge: Treble EQ.
Gain: controls the amount of overdrive/distortion.*
*There will be no output with the Gain knob all the way down.
Footswitch: Switches the distortion in or out (bypassed).
SET-UP:
Connect your bass to the input of the DieselDawg. Connect the output of the
DieselDawg to the input your amp (or other effects device). Set all of the
controls on the DieselDawg to the 12 o'clock position. Press the footswitch to
activate the pedal. The blue "Gain" LED will turn on.
Adjust the Volume so the distorted signal is slightly louder than the original
(bypassed) signal. Then play around with the EQ and Gain controls to your
liking. The EQ controls will boost or cut from the 12 o'clock position.
Clockwise gives you more, counterclockwise gives you less. The Gain and
Volume controls work the same way. All the way down (counterclockwise) is
considered at "0" or minimum. All the way up (clockwise) is considered at
"10" or maximum. The DieselDawg will have no sound if the Gain or Volume
knobs are all the way down.
All of the controls interact with each other. At low gain settings, you will have to
increase the Volume control. At higher gain settings, you will probably reduce the
Volume.
