The Delta table is firmly glued. It cannot be disassembled or dismantled.
Treat the table with care. Do not sit or stand on the table. The Delta table may be loaded up to a
maximum of 80kg.
The Delta table is a solid wood table. The wood constantly adapts to the ambient humidity and
room climate. We recommend a room temperature of 20° C and 50% relative humidity. If the room
climate deviates from this, e.g. due to weather changes or summer/winter, surface changes may
occur.
Due to varying shrinkage or swelling of the wood, the legs may move forward or back slightly.
Do not allow liquids to remain on the surface for any length of time; wipe them away directly and
clean the surface dry immediately. Liquids can leave stains or rings on the surface that cannot be
removed.
If possible, only clean the table dry within the first two weeks after delivery and do not decorate it.
The surface needs this time to reach its final hardness and resistance and it darkens.
Avoid high temperatures, e.g. due to cookware, cigarette embers or candle wax.
Accumulated heat under electrical appliances can cause cracking in the wood (tip: place spacers
and/or glass plates under hot appliances or dishes).
Keep sharp and pointed objects away from the surface.
If possible, do not use coverings with rubberised or latexed undersides. These coatings may con-
tain substances that leave stains after some time.
Never use microfibre cloths to clean the tables. Microfibre cloths act like very fine sandpaper and
destroy the wax surface.
