Problem
The core temperature sensor
does not operate.
Steam and condensation set‐
tle on the food and in the
cavity of the oven.

Possible cause
The plug of the core temper‐
ature sensor is not correctly
installed into the socket.
You left the dish in the oven
for too long.
You want to start the Pyroly‐
sis or Defrost function, but
you did not remove the core
temperature sensor plug
from the socket.
The cleaning function does
not operate. You did not fully
close the door, or the door
lock is defective.
• You did not fully close the
door.
• The door lock is defective.
There is an electrical fault.
You did not turn on the func‐
tion: Direct Steam.
You did not fill the cavity em‐
bossment with water.
The temperature is too low.
Remedy
Put the plug of the core tem‐
perature sensor as far as
possible into the socket.
Do not leave the dishes in
the oven for longer than 15 -
20 minutes after the cooking
process ends.
Remove the core tempera‐
ture sensor plug from the
socket.
Fully close the door.
• Fully close the door.
• Deactivate the oven with
the house fuse or the
safety switch in the fuse
box and activate it again.
• If the display shows "F102"
again, contact an Author‐
ised Service Centre.
