Installing the Harness Adjuster

Retention Clip

Lift the cover at the foot of the infant car seat and

confirm that your harness adjuster is attached to the

shell by pulling on the harness adjuster strap.

If the harness adjuster is securely attached go to step

#2. If the harness adjuster is not attached, stop here

and discontinue use of this car seat immediately and

call Britax Customer Service at 1-888-427-4829.

Pull the adjuster strap through the

harness adjuster retention clip as

shown. (See Fig. A)

Angle the harness adjuster retention clip down over the

release button assembly until the top of the clip is seated

under the edge of the shell.

Press down the end of the harness adjuster

retention clip until it latches onto the end of the

infant car seat shell.

Replace the cover and pull the adjuster strap

through the slot in the cover.

This completes the recall remedy.
