Installation and Operation Warnings
• Wheninstallingthedeviceinavehicle,placethedevicesecurely
soitdoesnotobstructthedriver'sviewoftheroad➊orinterfere
withvehicleoperatingcontrols,suchasthesteeringwheel,foot
pedals,ortransmissionlevers.Donotplaceunsecuredonthe
vehicledashboard➋.Donotplacethedeviceinfrontoforabove
anyairbag➌.

allcircumstances.Donotplacethemountwhereitwillbecome
adistractionifthemountshouldbecomedetached.Keepyour
windshieldcleantohelpensurethatthemountstaysonthe
windshield.
• Alwaysuseyourbestjudgement,andoperatethevehicleinasafe
manner.Do not become distracted by the device while driving,
and always be fully aware of all driving conditions.Minimizethe
amountoftimespentviewingthedevicescreenwhiledrivingand
usevoicepromptswhenpossible.
• Donotinputdestinations,changesettings,oraccessanyfunctions
requiringprolongeduseofthedevicecontrolswhiledriving.Pullover
inasafeandlegalmannerbeforeattemptingsuchoperations.

postedroadsignsandroadconditions.
• Thedeviceisdesignedtoprovideroutesuggestions.Itisnota

follow route suggestions if they suggest an unsafe or illegal
maneuver or would place the vehicle in an unsafe situation.

experienceashortenedlifespanormaypresentariskofdamageto
theGPSdevice,fire,chemicalburn,electrolyteleak,and/orinjury.
• Donotleavethedeviceexposedtoaheatsourceorinahigh-
temperaturelocation,suchasinthesuninanunattendedvehicle.To
preventdamage,removethedevicefromthevehicleorstoreitoutof
directsunlight,suchasintheglovebox.
• Donotpunctureorincineratethedeviceorbattery.
• Whenstoringthedeviceforanextendedtime,storewithinthe
followingtemperaturerange:from32°Fto77°F(from0°Cto25°C).
• Donotoperatethedeviceoutsideofthefollowingtemperature
range:from-4°Fto131°F(from-20°Cto55°C).
• Contactyourlocalwastedisposaldepartmenttodisposeof
thedevice/batteryinaccordancewithapplicablelocallawsand
