If you require spare parts or an engineer contact your local Service Force Centre by
telephoning:
Your call will be routed to the your local Service Force Centre.
When you contact the Service Force Centre, they will need the following information:

3. Clear and concise details of the fault
4. The model and the serial number (see rating label on the back of this instruction booklet)
