If you wish to purchase spare parts or require an engineer, contact your

local AEG Service Force Centre by telephoning:

Your telephone call will be automatically routed to the Service Centre

covering your post code area.

When you contact the Service Centre they will need the following

information:

1. Your name & address, including post code.

2. Your telephone number

3. Clear and concise details of the fault.

4. Prior to the telephone call it is

important that you make a note of

the following appliance code num-

bers that are given on the rating

plate. The rating plate is located on

the underneath side of the hob..

• PNC code (9 digits),

• S No code (9 digits).

We recommend that you record the

code numbers here so that you always have them to hand:

5. Date of purchase. Please note that it will be necessary to provide proof

of purchase for any in guarantee service call.

In-guarantee customers should ensure that the chapter headed „What

to do if..." has been read, as the engineer will make a charge if the fault

is not a mechanical or electrical breakdown.
